New Student Registration

 

Families wishing to enroll their students at THE Boca Ciega High School may register online by following the checklist below. Required Registration Forms:

• PCS K-12 Student Registration Form
• PCS Educational Alternative Services Enrollment Form_Residency Questionnaire
• PCS Home Language Survey

Two proofs of address are required:

• Cable bill
• Landline phone bill
• Water bill
• Electric or gas bill
• Lease or mortgage
• Affidavit of residence

Students coming from a non-Pinellas County School District school (e.g. charter, private, out of state) will also need to provide:

• Parent’s ID
• Birth certificate
• Social security card
• Proof of immunization on a Florida form
• Physical (completed within the last year)
• Transcripts or last report card

Families can deliver all forms and required documents to the front office between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, or families may email items to Mrs. Currington at curringtona@pcsb.org.
